What we process

• Audience measurement, only after you agree: pages viewed, approximate location, device type. It is aggregated and used only to see which pages genuinely answer people's questions.
• Your cookie choice, kept in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
• The content of your message, if you write to us. We keep it for as long as it takes to deal with the request.

There is no sign-up form on this site, no user account, no newsletter and no personalised advertising.

Legal basis

Audience measurement and the accommodation maps rely on your consent, given through the banner and withdrawable at any time. Handling a message you send us relies on our legitimate interest in replying to you.

Recipients

Google, for audience measurement, and Stay22, for the accommodation maps, both only if you have agreed. These providers may process data outside the European Union. What each of them sets is detailed on the cookies page.

The site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps technical connection logs to operate and secure the service.

Retention

Audience measurement data is kept for a maximum of two years. Your cookie choice stays in your browser until you clear or change it. Messages are deleted once the request has been dealt with.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The most direct way to withdraw consent is the Cookie settings button at the foot of every page. For anything else, write to info@ferrygogo.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in France the CNIL, or the Dutch data protection authority under which the publisher falls.
